lew told me that this guy was a bot xd and started doing really well and after watching him for about 10 mins I believe he has some type of wall hack and possible aim lock and his bhops seem strange as they always hit when they want to and seem to gain a lot of speed with strafes.

In this rule, it CLEARLY says 'himself', which assumes the sex of the warden. This is unfair as women can be a warden too.
