Changes:

• Changes BHOP jump level from: WATER_LEVEL_HALF to WATER_LEVEL_FEET. Keep an eye out to see if this "breaks water". If not, see if you notice an improvement in bhopping accuracy/consistency when there is water at your feet and when you there is water up to your waist.
  

Various server settings have been changed messing with rates, etc.
This fixes a bug where some 128 tick and 102.4 tick would not be forced to some players on 1v1/Surf.
If you notice any unusual lag on any server, please report it.

But in all seriousness have you guys ever been playing JB and more than 12 people have been on the T team at a time, so when you hit the tab key you can't see all the users names currently on the server? My idea is to implement a frame somehow that pops up when you type a command. So basically say you type '!showteams' a popup similar to the MOTD will appear on your screen and show all the players currently playing. I feel like this would be quite handy especially for admins.

For example,

I will abuse people and not realise admins are on and be muted for 10 million years

This would permanently permanently solve this issue.
