I know I don't have sufficient evidence to who ever is viewing this but I am just a Casual player that just experienced their first admin abuse on the server. It's not like I video record all rounds but for any future reports on admin abuse I will take note of proper evidence and witnesses next time. For now I will explain the TRUTH and only the truth of what happened. There is no other reason why I would make these events up. I did not hate Forgotten, I didn't even know who he was untill he randomly CT banned me so obviously he has done something wrong and I feel under powered because I can't really do anything but write paragraphs when an admin bans me for their insufficient conclusions. I may not be the most respected or highly held reputation on the server but please hear me out on this.

During a Jail break game I was on CT side doing normal game rules. Keep in mind I did mot once in this session did I break a rule upheld on the CT side. On one particular round I was NOT a warden and was hunting another T (ran from cell area) on jb_clouds_final9 which has two areas. The cells area and the courts which is divided by a teleport. I then decided to come back to cell area for which the warden was having problems with rebels in the cell area. While reaching the teleport, a rebel walked through and was running towards me. Of my part I killed the rebel that was going to jump at me. At this point the warden was still alive and had active orders to get on the table at cell area. This is simply what happened. I was not waiting on the other side of the teleport for T's. I did not even know one was coming through. I was walking towards the teleport up untill a T went through and jumped out onto me.1
 
Forgotten, an admin on the servers, saw how I killed the T and accused me of telecamping because how I killed the T as he walked out while me approaching the teleport. Forgotten immediately CT banned me for 30 minutes the starting of the next round. Keep in mind this had no warning or no disclosure of my action. He did not give me any order to 'slay' which is the action CT must do when killing a T that is against SERVER rules, against WARDEN rules or killing a T without ANY rules. The entire perspective is that Forgotten saw me kill a rebelling T coming out of a teleport and CT banned me for 30 minutes. Later he then decided to draw false conclusion about me and thought I was too inadequate to being CT as a reason to my CT ban. I clock in over 880 minutes on CT side (14+ hours) which is not new, maybe new against nerds who play everyday but that's not the point. I believe I was inadequate at the clouds_final9 jailbreak map because I had no idea where the gun cell was, I never was in the gun cell even as a T in the past on the map but I am NOT inadequte at being a CT for which Forgotten said I was. I know where the gun cell is now however this is NOT a reasonable offence to CT ban me for 30 minutes. If he wanted me to get better at the map wouldn't Forgotten let me play CT side more instead of stopping me? that's just the brain function of a 14 year old kid on a game. As you can see Forgotten is simply drawing his own conclusions as an admin, taking in no consideration of any other perspective. Also Forgotten Muted me afterwards because he didn't want to hear me at all.
Forgotten is also accusing me for spraying on a bunch of T's on a freeday and which is also a false conclusion. I sprayed on a T which had an AK-47 and was drawing it out on me after killing another CT But Forgotten is recreating that scene and saying he didn't have a gun so he could use that as a reason for my ban. Following all of these events Forgotten decided to ignore my conclusions and perspectives and muted me for 30 minutes because he didn't want me talking and made the reason 'arguing to admins and abusive language'.
 
Following I then continued in chat form and then I started abusive language at him truthfully. Yes I did abuse him in chat after Banning and muting me. These conclusions decided by Forgotten was irrationally made. He simply saw me kill a T and labelled it as telecamping, did not give an slay notice, CT banned me, muted me, said that I was not adequate to be CT and made false perspectives of events during the round.
 
I think that Forgotten is not fit for having the admin responsibility. Reasons being is he jumps to quick to conclusions on his perspective and feels the need to use his admin powers because he is an admin. To end this off please ask yourself these questions. Why should Forgotten have Admin? I mean he could have donated money but just because he has played this long or paid this much does not magically make him fit for admin. Take in consideration that I am just a casual Jail break player and if a MINORITY like me can spot him out, what does that say about him? Really this report might just be over looked because of the lack of evidence I have but this is the BEST I can provide. This is the whole truth. Forgotten was abusing his admin powers. I wouldn't go out of my way if he wasn't.

How about this, give me a reason why Forgotten deserves admin? has he helped the server? does he know how to use his powers responsibly (for me, not at all)? He is a 14 year old kid that can use his powers because he can. Even If this thread fails at stopping Forgotten being this abusive admin, release me from the CT ban that should not have been placed down. But in all respect Forgotten should not be an admin.

I haven't done any of the freekilling. It has came back to where i live because 'red ranger' is my brother him and 'valdious' (his mate from school) came on invex to mess around and troll. i have no part in any of the freekilling, haven't done anything wrong and i'm requesting to be unbanned.
