I know the people and rules of surf well and love the community so I decided to go for admin, also many people have been confused if I am admin or not, so may aswell.
I also have previously have been a head admin on Monster Warfare (The older one) with Yuri.

i was playing jailbreak as warden, after a series of people rebeling i had to fall back through the portal, to get some health, after heading back to the portal a rebeling terroist jumped through the portal and started to attack me, so i killed him , then i turned around to tnk shooting, me so i jump on this thing for protection
then down to medic to attack back,

After, he was killed he claimed i was camping medic,
Even if i wanted to get out of medic i couldn't as it would of meant my inevitable death, so i was forced to attack tnk from that position,
As i did not start in this point, and headed to this point during a fire fight, I certiantly do not consider this camping, and others for fact wouldn't aswell.
After confronting TNK on his claims, in a non derogatory manner, i explained why it was not camping, after the new round start i was meet with a swift slay and a gag for 15 minutes, after getting mad ( if you were falsefully slayed im pretty sure you would not be happy about it) i called him a "useless fucking admin", he then muted me for 15 minutes, 5 minutes later he removed my gag and mute, and re-applied them with the reason "Abuse" giving me an extra 5 minutes on top, So all morning he has been on teleporting people, drugging people and just being a minge, he is certiantly not ready for the job in my opinion and needs to mature a little bit before stepping up.
He has had the job not for two days, and yet we're already seeing examples of his abusiveness , even if my evidence supplied above is not satisfactory for a demotion, staff of Invex, i warn you, keeping this clown around will only cause head aches later down the track.

Don't know if its possible but somehow tie up a code with the GameME "first kill" that revives everyone before the first death, so that the people who join just a little late can still come into the round and not sit there for the whole round just because your computer was slower than others. This is also quite annoying when you join the server at times when there are a low amount of players on when delaying occurs frequently.
A simple forum award that rewards players that have spent a whopping 1 month in playtime across all Invex servers, and will entice players to chase the reward.

During play when i was on the jail break server the server had come into lag, so as a joke i said "TNX is ddosing the server i think" and if you had heard that it was obviously a joke. but Magi instantly issued a 90 minute mute on me. Making me unable to play ct at the time. I messaged him using the @ tool and was greated by a voice message in game with him saying "Its not the fact you called someone out for it its the fact you said it" So you cant make a joke anymore?
I greatly believe if you suggest something and it is implemented into the game for should be able to get what you nominated without paying any credits.
I believe this should happen because without you the server or site would not of had what you suggested.

I've been thinking this since recently i've been freekilled and noticed that the ct that freekilled me only have few minutes of pt, so the thing is i think there should be a thing that when people didn't require the pt to be ct in jb and they type !guard it should be automatically denied with a message you need to have minimum of pt on the server, this might can redueced : freekill, mic spam, and other stuff that would happen when someone freekill and won't slay specially new people, and this can help when admin is not around.
