Hey I`m Chappo and I first joined Invex Combat surf in early 2015. I used to be a member and then lost it to inactivity. Since I have come back they have added !pt and racked up some playtime. I am now older and more active on the fourms. I would like to have a say in up coming server decisions like admins and other members like myself. So most people dont know but jb_clouds_final5 does indeed have a hotcell. This is the cell that has a chance of spawning a usps inside of it. People usually say it doesnt have a hotcell but if this was true, jb_spy_vs_spy_beta7 and ba_jail_canyondam_go would have hotcells. Because on Canyondam the bottom right three are possible gun cells like clouds, and also on spy_vs_spy either cell 1 or 7 is a hotcell which means they are possible but not guaranteed hotcells. So therefore clouds does in fact have a hotcell

Hello invex community i want to ask some advice about my pc lately i have been getting really low fps (for me) in my games and i dont know why i used to run counter strike on high settings 250-300 fps but now im getting 80-90fps i dont know why I have no viruses and all my drivers are up to date, I think my pc may be bottlenecking how do I fix this?
here are my specs:

Geforce Gtx 960
intel core 17 4770 3.40 ghz
7.92 GB of ram
And Windows 10 64 bit
