this just seem like a good idea we all ready have a choose to do a custom special day 
say if you would to have shot for shot with sniper and have it also be a no scope battle you can do it
or have it so when you do a gun toss you and the ct have aks so no one can cheat

Just do a gun toss if you want to 1v1, you could pick up any guns in a gun toss + nades. Honestly, anything you want can be done if you have time and the appropriate set of rules for your custom lr.

Like Diam0nd said, choose guntoss, tell the ct its a custom lr and then make your rules. as long as its fair and agreed upon the ct should play.
