[SERVER] Teamspeak 3 Security Level Increased

The Teamspeak 3 server has has its security level increased to 26.
Please increase the security level of your identity to 26 before joining the TS3 server.

These changes are being made to help combat some spam.

Instructions to increase your security level:

1. Open your Teamspeak client and goto Settings -> Identities
   
   
2. Find the identity you want to use, select it and click Improve next to the security level. If your security level is already 26 or higher then you can press cancel and join the server.
   
   
3. Finally, enter 26 for the Requested Security Level and press start. It should take your computer anywhere from 1 minute to 5 minutes to increase the security level to the requested amount.
   
   
4. Done! You can now join the server.
