[RETAKES] Not enough time.

Hey guys this is Jigsahhh i have been recently playing retake and it has occured to me that there is not enough time to plant the bomb and get to a spot when you're t with bomb if the time could be limited up to 10 that would be better in a way.

I think its fine because the CTS are suppose to be rotating when you're planting bomb

Pretty sure it is 10 or about there. And imo it's fine, t's shouldnt be moving as its usually in a good spot anyway

Normally the t's are spawned in from where the bomb is meant to be planted (from what I've seen not sure if true) so I believe it's fine the way it is.

T's are spawned where the bomb is to be planted. It's to simulate if you can't always plant ideally.
