Only the activator should be able to hear flashlight sounds. Is this not the case ?

And knifing sounds cant be blocked, they are client side.

Unfortunately the flash light sounds if one does it everyone can hear it and the knives you're correct about that

No, I tested this in game, other players can hear flashlight. Hello World

sm_flashlight fixed. Others have confirmed.
There was no need for a rule when the plugin had an error.
