If he slayed himself then it's fine, you need more proof showing that he actually effected the outcome of the HG day.

I'll have to agree with Ownaj. If he was in the confines of the map he could have been killed. Since he was out of the map, whether he killed people or not, he was away from danger and couldn't be killed.
