ADMIN ABUSE

So it was a dark and dreary day on banocanyon and the whole server was having some good old laughs and conversations, well see Tick came on and the conversation ended up moving towards admins at which point i stated my opinion about Evo as an admin (my own opinion) which i then got told to be quiet from tick because its admin abuse however Evo was not on the server i then asked Lagalot wether that was admin abuse and he said no so to prove my point to tick i said "see tick now shut your mouth" which is not abusive at all and in fact not swearing either, he then proceeded to mute me for 15 minutes. Now theres two things wrong here for one i got muted for abusing Tick which you can clearly see i did not and two there needs to be a clear definition on Abuse as one admin said this was and another said this wasnt. Another point is that i believe Tick since watching a competitive match i was recently in he has taken a kind of disliking too me and singled me out on the server as other players were also saying there opinions about admins and Tick remained silent.

I was on at the time and as you stated in your report Tick gave you a warning for abusing ev0. Then you kept going with your smartass comments non-stop. Then as you stated again you told tick 'to should your mouth' in agressive way. Which is a 100% valid reason for a mute.

Yay my first ever abuse report. After a year of being an admin.

Okay, this is what happen which was confirmed by lew and Chewbacca himself.

1. Chewbacca 'stated his opinion' which was 'fuck ev0'
2. Tick warned him saying 'be quiet'
3. Chewbacca then said ev0 isnt on the server so its not abuse
4. Then for a good 5 minutes Chewbacca went on with his smartass comments, Tick not saying anything at this point.
5. Got to the point where he said ' now shut your mouth' in a very aggressive way.
6. Tick muted him.
7. Chewbacca ask for a reason
8. Tick gave him one





As you can see ^ trying to cause trouble, you brought this on yourself

You brought this on yourself. Out of nowhere since you were reported playing with cheaters you have gone out of your
way to belittle me on the server with snarkey comments and random bullshit when something doesn't go your way. Maybe I
wouldnt be so harsh if you treated people and admins on the server with some respect.

On the matter of the mute reason.
It doesnt matter if a person is on the server or not, its still abuse. Revealing someone's personal information even if they
aren't on the server is still revealing personal info so why would abusing someone be any different.

So i was on when this happened and from my recount this is what i heard.

1. I think someone ghosted on accident and Chewbacca said if ev0 was on he would have muted you for 15 minutes,

2. Tick gave him a warning to stop abusing ev0

3. And i dont think this is exactly what happened but then Chewbacca was being a bit of a smart ass

4. I left the server

Firstly id like to say how tick is taking his first abuse report as a joke, really professional, two Evo was not online at the time therefore why are you commenting on this report. now these "smart ass comments" were me asking Tick if i could ask a question which i got no response now if an admin doesn't wanna do his job as an admin and answer questions on the server about the rules why is he admin? Also on another note those texts were taken out of context and also do not have the replies Tick gave over the microphone. also i don't know how you can say "shut your mouth in aggressive way Lew but i was laughing hysterically behind the screen so that phrase was definitely not aggressive.Also if we are going to say my comments about Evo may as well tell everyone what the other people on the server were saying about him and then mute them for abuse. as for the Ginger racist comment i was trying to understand why Tick is singling me out? i feel quite offended at the moment and would like an apology from Tick because that's not good ethics. On a final note id like to say i visited KZG and had many people comment about the admins on Invex and i had some pretty salty replies aimed at Evo and Tick now if that doesn't ring alarm bells that people are leaving the server because of them i dont know what is.

Evo was not online at the time therefore why are you commenting on this report.

Because im a GLOBAL-ADMIN and its my job to look at abuse reports.

Some pretty salty remarks from KZG you say. Well, I never play on KZG so your accusations are false.
The only person I know from KZG is B1N who doesnt have a problem with me and Dandy and thats just a meme in it's self.

Maybe instead of fighting admins and getting toxic you should keep your cool. Better yet if you think you know the rules so
well Apply for admin.

As far as I can tell there is sufficient reason to mute.
