So you got to your steamapps folder and when you doub click on downloading it comes up with an error?

Can you delete the updates folder at all? Once it deletes and you go to update csgo again it should create the folder again
If you're trying this you'll more than likely need to quit Steam because it will probably be in use and not let you delete it

just repaired drives validated steam files restart computer gg thanks guys
