Imo the only thing you need to work on is enforcing rules. You haven't been on the forums very long but know the rules, you're active, and can potentially make a good admin. You also probably have the best pc tbh.

TBH you only just got member on the forums, also you need to enforce rules and you can react badly to abuse towards you sometimes.
