Err, when you connect isn't accounted for in the 5 seconds to exit cells. Some CT's give you a little more time if they see you spawn in but that's their choice and it isn't in the rules since a CT often can't tell whether a T just spawned in or has been AFK/hiding in their cell. To Jay you just looked like you were AFK standing in cells. You have 5 seconds to get out of cells from when they're opened and it's just unfortunate that you happened to spawn in at a late time. Sometimes you get lucky when connecting sometimes you don't.

Right now me looking at that recording I cant determine if cells were open for long enough, so im going to agree with Squidward .
