Clarification on rule s10

...  this rule may result in a slay/swap/ctban. I was told that if a CT gets killed by a prisoner that you can't start a special day. If true please update the rule to something like The

If someone has died in general by another players actions or cells were opened before special day is initiated it will result in a slay / ct ban / swap <- thats to my understanding of how the rule should work, but if they die by falling off the map or slaying in console its the players fault and a special day is allowed.

if anyone kills someone of the other team then a special day cannot be started. always been this way
