This is what happens to communities when high-ranking members on an administration team stop paying attention and start leaving. There's no glue holding the community together right now, but even more than that there's barely a community to hold together.
I recommend you/we just try our best to enjoy the server's twilight days or start fixing shit - and if you want to do the latter, you're going to need to be professional, which means dedicating more time.
It also means that abuse of admin powers gets cut the fuck out, it means that administrators don't have petty squabbles, it means being more active ingame, it means communicating (something we've done fucking abysmally, for a long time I couldn't join any TeamSpeak channels, and now that my Global rank was removed from there I still can't) and it means going beyond what you think you're supposed to.

Failing that, throw up your arms and proclaim "nah fuck it I'm off".
