[SERVER] PlayTime Plugin Updates

[Bot Invex]

The PlayTime plugin has been updated on all servers.
Changes include new features and the renaming of some commands to start with the 'pt' prefix.

Player Commands:

• sm_pt - Check your playtime on current server. Accepts CT or T as arguments.
  
• sm_ptall - Check your playtime on all Invex servers. Accepts CT or T as arguments.
  
• sm_pttop - See list of top 100 playtimes for current server. Names will show as N/A if player has not visited server since this update.
  

Admin Commands:

• sm_ptcheck - Check a players playtime on current server
  
• sm_ptcheckall - Check a players playtime on all Invex servers
