Definitely not, you're probably @"Jr. Moist" for all I know, you have the same IP as him and you tried tricking me into thinking your his next door neighbour and you share the same internet? Nobody shares internet between 2 homes.
Anyways, even if you aren't @"Jr Moist" I'm still not going to unban you, if your 'twin brother' does something stupid don't expect to be unbanned.
