I have seen this sort of thing happen with cheats such as aimware, when the user can freeze them selves in mid air, This was definatly not lag as he starts looking around and he has 20-30 ping throughout this incident

I dont really know if this is a cheat but sure looks like one

Yep it's called airstuck so if what u said was true he's definitely cheating

Yep can confirm, he was stuck in mid air looking around saving him self from death
