If a CT baits you purposely/accidentally you still have to follow Warden's orders, so if someone baits you it DOESN'T give you permission to move to knife them.
On both occasions you were half-way asking for forgiveness and you were killed, Guards aren't mind readers, they'll just shoot you on site if you are rebel.
