[JAILBREAK] the consequence of baiting guns

so ye, if a t uses a baited gun and kills someone, can we have a rule that outlaws the use of the use of a gun that a ct had before being kiled by a baited gun.

For instance, a ct is killed because he was baiting then someone picks up the baited gun and kills the warden. Can the use of the wardens gun be banned as well please as one baited gun can fuck up rounds

If a guard is baiting and dies then a prisoner picks up a gun its a baited gun, admins will enforce this and will tell you to drop it ( your peers will also enforce this as well )
either way the gun should be cleared by guards so its not mistaken as a baited weapon, all prisoners should touch up on the rules before playing the game!

Most instances tend to be accidents through miscommunication anyhow please remind them if this happens in game and a game ban is a bit harsh for unintentional misuse of weapons, this is decided by the admin ( banner ) on the server at the time anyways.

Prisoners shouldn't be using baited/slain weapons in the first place as stated in rule T6

T6: PRISONERS may kill any GUARD that is baiting. This is not considered rebelling. However, you MAY NOT use any baited weapons.

Technically if someone does use a baited/slain gun and kills someone else they can use the gun but as I said they shouldn't be using the gun in the first place and can result in a slay or a kick/ban (if the person is known to do it a lot).
