[DISCORD] New Updates Section

[Bot Invex]

There is a new #updates text channel on Discord.

This will allow you keep up to date with:

• Server updates (plugins, configs, discussions etc)
  
• Implemented Suggestions - So you know about new features. Rejected suggestions are not shown.
  
• Fixed Bug Reports - So you know if a bug has been fixed. Unsolved bug reports are not shown.
  
• CSGO Updates - Official CSGO blog posts/updates are now posted here instead of in #csgo
  

This should allow people to check for updates on Discord and is also useful for those who don't visit forums frequently.
