Can confirm that Stormy mass freekilled about five prisoners. We had just finished deathrun on jb_spy_vs_spy_beta7 and stormy killed the winner, aswell as other prisoners who were trapped in the cage. The other guards were making an effort to try and stop stormy and he was killed by the last prisoner.

The demo you have provided only shows him freekilling 3 Prisoners, please PM me with further evidence if you want his 300 minute CT ban which I will issue upped.
