try connecting via your phone to see if it is a account issue or pc issue.
disable firewall and then try connect. Uninstall, restart your pc, then reinstall.

ev0 Beax PoosKi PhoeniX for the help. Now I have got discord working on my phone because I used a VPN. Do you know why my internet is blocking discord??? if this does not work or can't find a solution am i allowed to use a vpn on invex??
