[BAN CHANGED] Unban for CT

At the time i was done playing jailbreak and i didn't think i was going to ever play jailbreak
again but that was obviously a mistake i did because jailbreak is really fucking fun. I have also 
read over all the rules for ct to make sure i wont make a mistake and ruin the fun for everyone els
playing the server, I'm sorry for what i have done and willing to do anything to make it right.
