[JAILBREAK] Matty Lying to admins, Abuse to other players, excessive mic spam

I've also had a lot of run ins with Matty. Constantly being message about his abuse when admins aren't on. I think a 1 month ban and a final warning is more than fair, especially seeing as "he doesn't care if he gets banned" anyway.
