Yea, I've had this happen quite a few times and when there's some new people they don't understand how/why they have to slay. This ends up delaying the round and leads to people simply leaving the server because who wants to wait 11 minutes for a round to end. Even if it is made a rule I don't think it'll fix the issue because the only problem with this glitch is the new people who don't understand what's happening and probably haven't read the rules anyway (I know I didn't when I first joined xD)
