[SERVER] WS + Surf Update v2.01

Small update for ws:

• Fixed bug where using !ws would sometimes give you more ammo than you previously had
  
• Added star symbol when using !ws on any knife
  

Also Surf updates:

• Cause of "broken water" which affets bhop is still being investigated.
  
• A new 'movement enhancer' plugin was added to the server which will slightly improve movement during bunny hopping.
