How Do You Get Warning Level Removed?

So after looking through the forum for about 20 Min i cant find how i get my warning level put down?
I have played for almost 2 year on Invex Jailbreak and my !pt did not get carried over when you reset it but many people know i have palyed for a very long time (Old names where DiscoYT, FrozenSpark, DisconnectedYT and a few others) but i was going to go and apply to be a member but something happend, i got a 2 Day ban for "Ghosting" and now i cant apply to be a member. I have a few questions, could someone please resond    Thanks!

1) How does the warning system work?
2) How do you get warning % Removed?
3) What does a high warning take away from you?

Go into user cp, click on your name then edit profile, o the left there will be user cp, it will show you your warning level. If you get 100% you get a forum ban.

Warn gets taken away from you depending on how much you received.
Warn can be removed over time.
You get warning for doing something bad. 100% warn = ban
