So the gist of this is, Magikarp heard jaay admit to breaking rules but did nothing because he thought it was already sorted, ownaj got angry because he didn't think it was sorted. It's not like the abuse is out of nowhere it has a reason behind it but he did go too far with the language. However Magikarp already silenced him and banned him for an hour which is the normal circumstance for abusing admins, therefor no further bans will be happening. Just a warning to Ownaj to keep the language at bay. Any further abuse could result in a longer ban however.
