Thought he was perm'd so i searched all over, found his old steam id from an unban request. I then filtered his steam id in the sourcebans and it was perm'd so i banned the account he was on for a day. Please up to perma.

He was the exact same guy. Voices matched up. And then again, there was little things. Zurma changed his name to "therealdog" and "therealrig" on STEAM_0:0:180574461. If you look at STEAM_1:1:111556697 the names match up, coincidence they matched up? I think not. Then more little things that matched up.
Zurma continued to say dog in every sentence, no clue why. I know this due to me hearing him repetitively say it, every time i was online. More on the "dog" subject: This was his second post - His recent names on his new acc - Not solid evidence, however just the fact that his voice matched up should be enough
