No. Your current card runs off a PCIe 2.0 x16. The 750ti needs a PCIe 3.0 x16.
You would need a new motherboard. Unless your motherboard has a 3.0 and its just running a 2.0 graphics card. What motherboard do you have

Do you have an ssd? If not that'd be a worthwhile upgrade and maybe 4 more gigs of ram? Since you were asking for upgrades.
