Automate the tags in editor and shoutbox.

This has now been fixed!
Tags are now automatically pulled from: https://www.invexgaming.com.au/scripts/i.../tags.json And updated every hour! Only issue is a slight delay when clicking on insert tag button but it should be fine. Good suggestion thanks! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
