[JAILBREAK] S10 rule

It was brought to my attention that rule S10 states:
S10: The Warden MAY NOT start a special day if any PRISONERS have died/been killed by a GUARD or after cells have been opened
Now for as long as i can remember (and i'm sure a lot of others) its been if a person has died via another person no matter the team a special day can't be started. Its only recently that someone has brought up this rules proper meaning in a incident where a ct died and a special was started. I'm not sure whether we should have it changed or kept the same with everyone knowing the real rule.

It's always been if it's a player killing that it can't be started, and I don't see a problem with that. Just more added confusion to the rules and more bickering than what already arises.

Just tell them its the rule and if they don’t believe u get them to contact an admin to tell them the right rule.
