Maybe Byte can make a admin command that turns priority on? I've seen a lot of CT's refuse to turn it on either because they 'cbf' or just because they wanna be the nice guy.

Yeah this is possible if you think it would help.

It'd also be really swell if admins could use a toggleable command to lower the volume of everyone else by 50% when they speak, for limited use when ten or so people are screaming over eachother. Obviously this could be prone to abuse, so perhaps it could last 5-10 seconds or something like that. 
I usually just !msay or !mute@all when that happens, but !msay usually doesn't shut people up and !mute@all is a bit extreme.

This is not possible without writing a sourcemod extension but that will take too much time to make right now. Maybe later.
