Its simple, 3 people is the min??? It wont be fair with 2 so it has to be three. If warden decides the tie with two people the warden can just choose who he wants to win. Pretty obvious

Usually you couldn't have a T who has won a prize do it as they would be vocalising their opinion in all chat and messaging over steam leaves no evidence that the game was done legitimately. I have seen cases where an admin has let a T been the 3rd decider and they used admin chat to vote (as only 2ct's were on) and I mean that's fine as far as I know. The rule is really only there to stop a warden from just picking who dies and 3 ppl is the minimum where they cant do that. If only 2 ct's were on the warden would have that sole decision as the wardens vote is the tiebreaker basically rendering the other ct's vote useless. I personally dont think it needs to be changed I get what you mean but it can be taken both ways technically the warden is the sole decider cause all they have to do is vote no and even if the other ct votes yes its the wardens vote by default but there was still another CT voting which could be seen as them not being the sole decider in the outcome. Wouldn't hurt to change it to 3+ as I said Ive heard both from different admins and theres people saying you can do it with 2 cts on this post so its not 100 percent clear to everyone

Also the warden could make it that both CT's have to vote no for them to die making them not the sole decider

If there are 3 or more ct's its fair. When there are 2 ct's/people deciding who wins (not allowed) no matter what the ct that istn the warden votes, the wardens decision will win. When there are 3 ct's if one ct votes yes, another votes no. the warden does decide who wins, but he isnt the sole decider, the other ct's still have impact. The same goes for any amount of Ct's above 3 as on all even numbers off ct's the warden is basically a tie breker in the event of one, and for all odd number of ct's the warden wont ever have an overiding vote as there will never be a tie.

cbf reading every ones replies but Its 3 cts minimum as the warden decides if its even, Idk if everyone just has dyslexia but if the warden cant be the over ruling vote when there are two you cant do it clearly. But yeah 3 cts min

Besides if you really want, you can change how you do talent day to make it so warden is sole decider. For example, having 3 outcomes, a loss, win and an undecided, where you only win if you get both votes as yes, only lose if you get both votes as no, and you are undecided if you get one yes and one no. In this instance, the warden isnt the sole decider as there are 3 catagories and this fits the rules. However the idea that a minimum of 3 ct's are required that is spread by the community is like that because the way that people normally run a talent day require 3 ct's to be inline with the rules.

So im allowed to have a talent day with 2 ct's if I say that both CT's have to vote no for them to die making warden not the sole decider? |
