I reckon it should be against the rules to do anything to bribe the Ts to LR.
Example being = "First one to RTV gets a prize" That shit ain't cool.

People should not be offering that. Admins can warn and slay for abuse of guard position if they do

You are twisting it kwala. I said first person to rtv gets a prize. I gifted jimjackoff credits for typing it first. I was not forcing them.

People cant force you to "RTV" if they do report to forums like you did or to an admin.
Also some just ask you: Can you rtv Happy to Help!
