I had no clue it was the back wall, He should of been button frozen? It was more than 3 steps though. He had to run at me and it wasn't knifing distance

As i explained in the shoutbox, he was in the winner section, if he was able to knife you from the section he was allowed to be in, you where baiting.

Just try to be a tiny bit more cautious next time and i'm sure everything will be resolved.

Keyword here being "going". Meaning you moved within knifing distance, which you didn't. If the T is the one that has to move to be "within knifing distance" then it's definitely not a bait. The rules are pretty clear on this.

Of course the rules are always change a bit when playing on a server, some admins are more lenient and others are more strict. The rule section might not be the most accurate description of server rules, because it's not like a legislation and have 300 pages of rules covering every aspect. In JB you have to just judge things as it comes, which is why it is so hard being admin.

So all in all, I'm not on anyone's side, I'm just providing some insight to the situation. By the rule book that is not baiting, but by judging it looks like an unintentional bait.

If no button freeze order was given than standing there with your back facing the T is baiting. If the button freeze order was given that moving out of your way as a T to knife somebody is obviously rebelling.

I'm not completely sure if the order was to button freeze once finished but if it was, well im sorry for the misunderstood 'bait'.
In my eyes that would be a pretty obvious bait having your back toward the winners section.

There was no button freeze order so technically @Phatkow was free to move.
You put yourself in a baity position, even know you may have not known he would spawn there etc.
The warn is perhaps a little harsh but it will remain.

As for the abuse report on @Phatkow, it is NOT abuse but it is a harsh punishment, a warning would have been better here as it looks like Lunaei didn't even know T's would spawn there if they won.

No further action will be taken.
