This has happened 3 times in a row but when I am CT and another warden starts HNS it makes me blind for the whole round this is not a one off bug though :/
Im pretty sure it happens when im Shift + Tabbed during the blind and it blinds me forever but im not 100%
EDIT: After I die i.e falling off on clouds I am still blinded help, this is only applying in the spectate mode after dying and not next round
