As Moistness asked "Can people see the ShoutBox on the portal page?"
I thought it'd be a good idea if it could be added to the page as it'd be pretty handy to have there since you'd then have pretty much everything you need

Yeah I agree with idea, it would be a lot more convenient!

Byte Hello World What do you think? It's not heaps necessary but it'd make the portal page a lot more useful
