Jail camping on skill surf maps is fine, jails like that can be escaped from though, you just have to do it quick.
They are also a well known and loved part of combat surf from many others, hence they have a jail.

I'd love if the skill surf maps were removed from combat surf

I agree with removing these map jail camping is rather annoying however cam be avoided by getting good at surf.
