[JAILBREAK] Disable BHOP and JETPACK on days where not allowed

@Triplecdawg the people that have grinded should have some type of advantage, I agree on getting rid of Jetpack out of hide and seek ect because that can be abused but not Bhop.

Well @"TripleCDawg" when you think about it, the auto bhop isn't all that big of an advantage, I've never seen anyone achieve massive speed boosts or anything from auto bhop, it only really gives advantages in Rebelling/map games, that's it. Hence why it shouldn't be banned also hence why jetpack SHOULD be banned on these special days.

I got to say, bhop isn't all that hard to get and for those who achieved this should be able to use it. Just my opinion being thrown onto the interweb.

Well... Definitely jetpack needs to be disabled cause it really unfair. I still think bhop should be disabled as well because for new players on CT who are trying to catch up to a T bhopping is pretty hard for them. Just my opinion though.
