The globals have discussed you re-application and have decided that we will not be accepting it this time. Cheating is a touchy subject, we've demoted admins in the past for being vac banned. But this is mainly because of the recent events with Personal information we find it hard to trust you at the moment. I'd like to see you re-apply in the future as you were a good admin and a decent guy for the most part.
