So, I'll give you a situation. There's a normal guntoss and general, fair rules were given. The T goes first because it was a dangerous LR and throws his gun. The lazer comes up on his gun and he then picks it up because the indicator is there. The CT then throws his gun but because he noticed that the T's gun was picked up (and the lazer was still there), does that make the T KOS?

In my opinion either playing picking up their gun before there is a definite clear winner is cheating LR. The laser is too inaccurate and does not go from the handle of the gun.

He is considered cheating if he said what part of the gun was closet and then picked it up but if he didn't then hes not Kos or a rebel

Nothing was specified about what part of the gun, it was just normal rules then throw

That would be cheating, 1 tap them.
Most of the time when that happens people only pick it up if they have had a bad throw and want to go again, but they can't because they would be cheating the LR, spray them down.

But isn't the reason to the laser so that the T can pick the gun up?

I would think its still fair, because sometimes you throw and you accidently land on it its an auto pickup and the laser is there to indicate where it landed but if he shoots if before a winner is declared he is branded as KOS also I don't know where people get ' it goes by the handle ' because there is no such rule indicating that  goes by the handle

There is a laser for that exact reason lmao. Its easier for the t to rebel. Also the laser is there to indicate where you threw it. I believe it is there to show who the winner is in tight situations.

The laser barely ever spawns. Also the Guntoss LR is suppose to stop you from picking up any deagle currently in an active LR. So by picking up the gun it is conisdered cheating if a winner has not been clearly decided therefor KOS.
