[WEBSITE] Tutorial prefix

Hey guys,
I think it'd be a good idea to allow players to add a TUTORIAL prefix in-front of a post in the server threads (such as jailbreak, combat surf etc)
Just so players, when scrolling through the forums can easily and distinctively identify tutorial posts.

This has been suggested before and it has been denied. Im pretty sure they said they can just put it in the section for what the tutorial is about

Implemented. Its available in all the game sections.
