Hey guys I recently stumbled across a video on reddit explaining a couple reasons why the new update lowers your fps! but I take it most of you don't care about the reason you just want the fix well here it is!
Go to your steam library> Right click Counter Strike: Global Offensive> Properties> Set launch option> add this: +mat_queue_mode 2
