[JAILBREAK] Admins see console commands (rules)

Can we please make it so admins can see who is typing certain rules in console? It would help us immensely as you saw what occurred earlier today Byte brandonn

The reason this is restricted to staff is because the full backlogs have information about everything on the server, including database passwords etc that can't be given out to every admin etc. What I could possible do though is make a plugin to store all the chat logs somewhere on the forums for past 1 month. Even then, personal information such as IP addresses shouldn't be given to all server admins (so it would be a global only feature).

Anyway, in the case of Jailbreak, i'll just modify the plugin to print "[Player Name] is heavily using the rules plugin" into admin chat if a player uses it too much (i.e. more than 5 times a minute or something) so admins can clearly see who is 'spamming' that particular plugin. This is better than adding a spam cap as sometimes its useful to spam a rule 1-3 times to get the attention of warden or anyone else who may be breaking the rule.

Sounds good, also is it possible to add a new rule to jailbreak besides:

G6: DO NOT spam the chat or your microphone. Please use your natural voice.

It could be something like "G10: DO NOT spam / post rules inside the chat if it isn't related or involved with any of the current game play."

This will lower the amount of people who argue and say "Where is a rule saying you can't put rules in chat" / "Admin abuse, I'm allowed to rules in chat"

It just all falls under 'Do not spam the chat', aka G6.

Don't expect this fix/addition too soon, they are more important things that need to be done before this is added.

This was added some time ago, console prints who used !rule command.
