[JAILBREAK] Delaying Rule

Jailbreak is cancerous when you delay the whole round by doing a walking day, and making all the T's crouch around the map WITHOUT jumping. Some dude was doing it today and it went from 14 people to 6 people real fast because the warden made everyone crouch on a walking day without jumping.

So I'm suggesting...

CT41: The WARDEN can not purposely delay the round (e.g starting a walking day and telling all prisoners to crouch remain crouching 90% of the day)

I talked to Luke about this and he thinks it's cancer as well, it ruins Jailbreak completely.

TBH walking days are good for new warden's, it helps them learn without rebellers. However doing it to just troll the server is fucking stupid.
