Gun planted and left before I could ctban him for 60 minutes for intentional gun plant.
Someone then went through the teleporter (where he threw his guns away) and used the gun to kill all of the remaining CT's.
He should probably know better with his time on CT...

He did throw his guns down before he left so yes he did technically gun plant. He will now receive a 120min CTBAN
