WardenTools:
- Fixed a bug where WardenTools Priority Speaker would perm mute T side alive players if Priority Speaker was turned off/or warden stopped talking in a specific time window. (Thanks Forgotten, BUG REPORT). NOTE: 1-2 day trial run will be done to confirm before bug report closed.
- Updated PrioritySpeaker to use SourceComms natives. Now all the mutes are no longer sent over to the MySQL server (sourcecomms database) and are local/session only. This should reduce the load on the MySQL server and ensure our SourceComms database only contains the manual mutes by admins.
- Made priority speaker more responsive. Players who are hotmicing will now be instantly unmuted and can speak as soon as Warden stops talking.
- Update to V2.12 (fix gamedata)
